1. How do I care for my SpectWear™ shirt?
Treat it like any premium tee—machine wash cold, gentle cycle, tumble-dry low or hang to dry. The QR/NFC patch is fully encapsulated under a durable print layer, so it won’t peel or degrade in normal laundering. Just avoid high-heat ironing directly over the patch area.
2. What happens to my data and privacy when someone scans my shirt?
SpectWear™ only shares what you explicitly allow. By default, a scan reveals one public avatar or design. Personal info (name, contact link, baby photo, etc.) appears only after you opt in and approve each use case. We never sell or store your data beyond what’s needed to power the AR experience—everything is end-to-end encrypted and managed through your MemoVate™ account.
3. Do I need special hardware or glasses to see the AR overlays?
Today, all AR effects work through any modern smartphone or AR headset—no proprietary glasses needed. Simply scan the hidden QR/NFC code to launch overlays on your device. Down the road, we’re developing glasses-free “magic fabric” that’ll let select effects appear to the naked eye under special lighting. But rest assured, your SpectWear™ shirt works with gear you already have right now.
4. Can I customize my SpectWear™ design library?
Yes! Through your MemoVate™ dashboard, you can upload, reorder, or remove any designs in your personal gallery. Simply scan your shirt, tap “Edit Gallery,” and drag-and-drop your favorites. Changes take effect instantly on subsequent scans.
5. How fast is the scan-to-overlay experience?
SpectWear™ is optimized for sub-one-second responses. Our QR/NFC detection uses lightweight scripts so your AR overlay—whether it’s an avatar, baby reveal, or partner referral—loads nearly instantly on any modern smartphone or AR headset.
6. Do SpectWear™ shirts come in different fits and materials?
Absolutely. We offer:
