Where The Game Lives On!
Ambassador (Chapter Organizer)
-
How it Works
We organize local “chapters” in zip-code territories, each overseen by a dedicated Ambassador who recruits players into age-bracketed teams. Every season, squads suit up in custom jerseys and caps, compete in weekly games, and advance through local playoffs all the way to county, state, and national finals.
-
Recruitment & Outreach
Build teams by signing up players in each age bracket (20–29, 30–39, 40–49, etc.).
Promote games through local channels—social media, flyers, community groups.
Host open-tryout events and partner with local businesses for sponsorship. -
Logistics & Operations
Reserve and prepare the playing field (park, gym, or other venue). Hire and schedule umpires or referees, manage basic equipment needs. Coordinate uniform orders and distribution (jerseys, caps). Maintain safety protocols and facility cleanliness each game.
Ensure field, equipment and more.
-
Scheduling & Communication
Submit team rosters and game-day schedules to HQ via our online platform.
Serve as the liaison between HQ and players—sharing rule updates, scores, and announcements. -
Sponsorship & Advertising
Sell local banner‐ad slots to businesses, collect sponsorship funds.
Ensure banners are displayed at each game and logos included in digital streams or highlight reels. -
Revenue Management
Collect entry fees (through the HQ portal), track local expenses (umpires, field rent, minimal event staffing). Receive a share of net revenues according to the tiered split (smaller chapters, scaling up as they grow).

AgeLeague™ Sports Entertainment
