What Is MetaVect?

MetaVect is a secure, AI-powered memory vault built for thinkers, creators, and visionaries. It stores your files, thoughts, notes, and stories—and gives you powerful natural language recall whenever you need it.

This isn’t just file storage. It’s a digital second brain.

A Revolutionary, Patent-Pending Memory System

MetaVect is not just software—it's a new category.

Filed as a patent-pending innovation, it introduces long-term memory architecture to AI interaction. Instead of treating every conversation like a blank slate, MetaVect remembers. It connects. It grows with you.

Imagine searching the internet. You can look up anything. But when it comes to your own files—your notes, your drafts, your stories? That’s where most AI hits a wall.

With MetaVect, your personal memory is just as searchable as the internet—but private, structured, and deeply aware of your context.

Every file, thought, and tag is indexed.
AI checks your entire vault before it answers.
Insight becomes cumulative—not disposable.

Why It Matters

Conversations vanish. Files get buried. Projects die in chaos. MetaVect solves the core problem of the digital age:
you forget what you’ve already built.
With MetaVect:

  • Outline of a head with a brain and letter 'M' on a black background

    AI your thoughts across time

  • Digital wallet icon with a glowing effect on a dark background

    Context is preserved between sessions

  • Three icons labeled 'Editor', 'Researcher', and 'Creator' with corresponding symbols.

    Editor, Researcher, Creator Profiles

How It Works

MetaVect uses existing LLMs (like GPT-4) and overlays a memory structure you control:

  • Illustration of a person using a laptop with a computer screen displaying file management icons.

    Upload files, notes, stories, images

  • Black heart, folder, and smiley face icon on a white background

Tag projects with feelings, roles & more

  • Outline of a person with glowing lines standing next to a laptop on a dark background

Ask your AI—and it answers in context

MetaVect™

And with modular memory cores, your AI changes tone based on what you're doing:

  • Silhouette of a person with a glowing brain, reading an open book against a dark background

    Storytelling? It becomes poetic.

  • Illustration of a person drawing a light bulb on paper with a light bulb icon above their head.

    Invention? Get sharp and tactical.

  • Man sitting alone in a dimly lit room, reflecting on something.

    Reflecting deep emotion.

  • Black line art icon of a magnifying glass and two safes on a light gray background with 'Cross-vault' text.

    Cross-Profile Search

The ability to run one query across multiple Projects (e.g. “Show me all notes on Project X and Meeting Logs”) and get unified, relevance-ranked results.

  • Line art icon of a document with a scissors symbol, representing document editing or deletion.

    Browser Extension for Capture

A quick clip-and-save tool so you can highlight text or URLs anywhere on the web and drop them straight into your Projects.

  • Icon of a laptop with an upload arrow and a cloud with a download arrow on a white background

    Offline Mode & Sync

Local, encrypted cache so you can work without internet, then automatically sync when you’re back online.

  • Icon of a store with a security vault and puzzle piece, labeled 'Vault Marketplace (Plugins / Templates)'.

    Vault Marketplace (Plugins / Profiles)

Ecosystem where users can share or import specialized Profiled Templates, behavior-core presets, or overlay packs (e.g. “Legal Drafting,” “Poetry Workshop,” “Research Workflow”).

System Restore & Version History

Automatic snapshots will let you roll back any Vault entry or entire Vault to a previous state in one click.

  • Icon of a hand pointing to a document with an arrow, symbolizing 'one-click rollback'.

    One-Click Rollback

Select any point in the timeline and hit “Restore.” MetaVect replaces the current entry with that snapshot, queues that change for sync, and logs the rollback as a new snapshot (so you can undo a restore if needed).

  • Continuous Snapshots

Every time you save or sync an entry (note, file, tag).

MetaVect takes a lightweight snapshot of that entry’s prior state.

  • Icon of a clock with arrows on a white background

    Indexed Timeline

Each Vault or entry view, a “History” icon opens a linear timeline of snapshots—showing date, time, and a brief(e.g., “Removed 120 words,” “Updated tags”).

  • Black icon of a folder with a calendar showing the number 31 on a white background

    Vault-Level Restore

You can also restore an entire Vault to a previous date—great if a bulk-change or accidental clear affected dozens of entries at once.

  • Black icon of a shield with a check mark inside, surrounded by two circular arrows on a white background.

    Conflict-Safe

Restores generate their own snapshots, so you never lose the option to go forward or back in time. And because it’s versioned, you can restore on one device without overwriting fresher changes on another—you choose exactly which timeline to roll back.

Frequently Asked Questions

MetaVect

1. What is MetaVect?

MetaVect™ is an AI-enhanced cognitive memory archive system that securely stores and retrieves user data—text, files, URLs, notes—across sessions and devices. It leverages Vault Memory Architecture and a Context Engine to provide persistent, context-aware AI interactions.

2. How does MetaVect ensure my data is secure?

All Vault contents are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS). Role-based access controls govern who—or which AI overlay—can view or modify specific Vault entries. Audit logs track every access and AI query for full traceability.

3. What are role-based identity overlays?

Overlays such as “Editor,” “Poet,” and “Strategist” adjust how the AI interprets and responds to your queries. For example, the “Editor” overlay emphasizes grammar and style, while the “Strategist” overlay prioritizes analytical frameworks and actionable plans.

4. What are modular behavior cores?

Modular behavior cores—like Creative, Analytical, and Companion—are interchangeable modules that fine-tune the AI’s tone and focus. You can layer them with role overlays (e.g., Creative + Poet) for tailored AI behavior.

5. Can I use MetaVect offline?

Yes. MetaVect provides a local, encrypted cache so you can view, edit, and query your Vaults without internet. Changes automatically sync to the cloud backend once you reconnect, with conflict-resolution protocols to merge edits seamlessly.

6. How do I capture content from the web?

Install the MetaVect browser extension to highlight text or URLs and save them directly into a chosen Vault. Captured items are auto-tagged with timestamp, source URL, and any labels you assign.

7. What happens if third-party AI services change or become unavailable?

MetaVect’s LLM-agnostic architecture means you can swap between external APIs (e.g., OpenAI’s GPT-4) and a proprietary or fine-tuned in-house model without rearchitecting the system. All Vault data, embeddings, and overlays remain fully intact.

8. How do I get started and what are the pricing options?

You can begin with a free tier—up to 5 Vaults, 100 daily queries, and 1 GB of storage. Paid plans offer higher usage limits, plus hybrid subscription/usage-based billing to align costs with your actual AI calls, storage, and sync volume.
